Strong Point Games is a board game design and publishing company, specialising in creating fun, exciting, and high quality tabletop and party games. Our ethos is one of using analogue tabletop gaming to bring friends and family together, using board games as an aid to social interaction and helping people to de-screen and de-stress through playing games.

Strong Point was founded by Gillian Hauxwell & Simon Evans after coming up with the concept for their first game in 2020. This game, released in November 2021, is a trivia game called Strong Point. It has a unique concept compared to other games in the trivia genre as it not only allows players to collect points for correctly answering questions on different categories but also gain points for predicting correctly what their opponents will score. This brings an added element of strategy and excitement and ensures a fairer chance of winning if certain subjects aren’t your ‘Strong Point’

Two additional products to the Strong Point Range, Stronger Point – Expansion One & Strong Point – The Junior Expansion will be available in early 2025.

Gill & Si have achieved great success so far in their first three years of business, selling more than 3000 copies of Strong Point mainly using online retail platforms such as Amazon and their own website, as well as growing a loyal customer base at in-person events including UK Festive Gift Fair, Living North events, UK Games Expo, Tabletop Scotland, and a pop-up in John Lewis, Newcastle.
