Introduction:
I’ve worked in the toy industry for over 20 years previously helping launch Depeche UK and Magformers. I joined Skillmatics in August 2023 to help launch into the UK market. Skillmatics create a wonderful range of art and craft, family games and early learning assets.
What is your favourite part about working in the toy industry?
The people are kind and generous, it’s a fun industry to be in – we are all kids at heart.
Give us the inside scoop, what products are you launching at Toy Fair 2025?
Watch out for brilliant new art & craft activities. We will be showcasing unique new ways to get creative with no mess including Poke-in-art, Sand-tastic and Super strings. Come down for a demo of art kits that kids and parents will both love!
We also have a fantastic range of new games on show with great expectations. Up Start, Dare to Ding, It’s not it and First to five are all tipped to be new hits!
What trends do you predict for the Toy Fair industry in 2025?
Licenses are always strong across categories. Products that encourage less screen time and support creativity are usually a hit with parents. Family gaming will also be big this year!

What top tip would you give to a fellow exhibitor or visitor attending their first Toy Fair?
Wear Comfy shoes, smile and chat with as many people as possible. It’s all about networking!
